Love Note Media is a team of San Diego wedding content creators focused on capturing the real, in-the-moment parts of your day—the candid, emotional, and unscripted moments that often get missed but matter the most.

Since starting, we’ve captured over 150 weddings and events, creating content that feels natural, personal, and true to you. Whether it’s the quiet moments before your ceremony, your best friend zipping up your dress, or the unexpected dance party in the shuttle—we’re there for it.

Kennedy

Hi! I’m Kennedy, the founder of Love Note Media, a wedding content creation company based in Southern California. We serve couples in San Diego, Temecula, Orange County, but also love working on destination weddings! I started Love Note Media in August 2023 after discovering a passion for capturing the intimate and behind-the-scenes moments that make weddings so special.

Before launching Love Note, I spent 10 years working in the wedding industry, managing social media accounts & creating content for wedding vendors across the country. In the past three years, our team has grown and has had the honor of capturing over 250 weddings & events. My team and I are here to tell your love story in a way that’s authentic, heartfelt, and uniquely yours.

Meet Tiffany

Tiffany and I met our freshman year of college and ended up roommates for 2 years. When I started to grow our team, I knew there was no better person to trust with our couples’ memories. Tiffany joined our team in March 2024 and is based in Orange County, but also serves our San Diego & Riverside County couples!

When she’s not working for Love Note, she is running her event signage and stationary business, For Love & Forever! Tiffany also enjoys traveling, trying new coffee shops, attending country concerts, and a good espresso martini.

  • A wedding content creator captures candid, behind-the-scenes moments of your wedding day using an iPhone. Unlike a traditional videographer, we focus on real-time, unfiltered moments and deliver short-form, social media–ready videos (like Reels and TikToks) within 24–72 hours of your event.

  • Videographers produce cinematic, edited films that can take weeks or months to deliver. As content creators, we act as a fly on the wall at your wedding capturing it all — the hugs, the happy tears and the dancing! We deliver vertical, short-form content quickly for you to relive and share right away while your videographer works on your full wedding film!

  • Yes, we always use the most current iPhone model, currently the iPhone 17 ProMax. Unless you have selected our camcorder add-on, everything is shot on iPhone!

  • Absolutely — and we love collaborating with other vendors! We’re not a replacement for them; we’re an addition! Our presence is low-impact and we’re careful not to get in the way of your photo & video teams.

  • We’re based in San Diego but we’re absolutely available for travel throughout Southern California and beyond! Travel fees vary depending on the location.
